Technical Communication and Application Specialist
Voxray is seeking a Technical Communication and Application Specialist to bridge the gap between our R&D team and our international customer base. We provide industrial CT solutions that support high-precision workflows across a variety of demanding sectors, including automotive engineering, battery development, aerospace, electronics, and semiconductors. As our user base grows globally, our focus remains on making complex industrial CT technology accessible and easy to operate. We are looking for an individual who can translate our technical developments into clear, actionable communication and support for our users around the world.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of our software portfolio and stay up to date with the latest developments.
- Create tutorial videos and instructional materials.
- Draft marketing brochures, blog posts, and social media content.
- Explain complex software features clearly to diverse audiences.
- Conduct software demonstrations for potential customers.
- Attend and represent Voxray at international conferences.
- Lead training sessions, product presentations, and customer support activities.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
- Motivation to learn about and work with complex scientific and industrial topics.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities, as well as confident presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
